Thanksgiving cannot be complete without cranberry sauce. This version is partially sweetened with orange juice.
Egg Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, Peanut Free, Gluten Free and Tasteful
- • ½ juice of an orange
- • ½ cup of sugar
- • 1 bag of cranberries
- • ¾ water
- In a medium saucepan add the juice of ½ of an orange, sugar and water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add cranberries and bring back to a boil.
- Bring the boil to a simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
