Allergy Free Cranberry Sauce

Thanksgiving cannot be complete without cranberry sauce. This version is partially sweetened with orange juice.

Egg Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, Peanut Free, Gluten Free and Tasteful


  • • ½ juice of an orange
  • • ½ cup of sugar
  • • 1 bag of cranberries
  • • ¾ water


  1. In a medium saucepan add the juice of ½ of an orange, sugar and water.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add cranberries and bring back to a boil.
  4. Bring the boil to a simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and allow to cool in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
