Allergy Free Blondies

These are absolutely delish. They are super easy to make and super delicious. Blondies are like a chocolate chip cookie brownie. The best of both world.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup of applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 cups old fashion oats
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 6 oz allergy free chocolate chips
  • Gluten Free Option
  • Substitute 2 cups of Gluten Free All Purpose Flour & 1 tsp xanthum gum for 2 cups of all purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13 pan
  3. In a medium bowl mix the apple sauce, vinegar and vanilla with the sugars
  4. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and oats
  5. With the mixer on low speed slowly add the flour to the sugar mixture
  6. Add chocolate chips and mix by hand
  7. Spread into the 9×13 pan
  8. Bake for 20 min until golden brown
  9. Let cool for 20 minutes before cutting
