Allergy Free Frankenstein Frozen Cookie Crumble

Here’s a healthy smoothy that the kids will love. They won’t even know there’s kale hidden inside. Perfect for a Halloween treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 pear
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 handful of Kale
  • 2 cups dairy free milk
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 4 crushed gluten free chocolate sandwich cookies (if not gluten intolerant, Oreos will work)

Instructions

  1. Peel pear and slice
  2. Place banana, pear, kale, ice and dairy free milk in a blender
  3. Blend on high until smooth
  4. Pour in plastic cups with Frankenstein face drawn on
  5. Sprinkle with cookie crumbs
